Garden Micro Wedding

The Day:

With the lockdown restrictions in place we had to be a little savvy to create a dream wedding day reception for just 15 people in Priya’s parents garden (normally used as a builders yard, the garden was more of a work place than a dream wedding venue when we started). But with a small garden marquee, some rustic garden furniture,  my vision and a free reign to create, we managed to design a fabulous floral scene that would have made any bride smile.

And smile she did, all day long and way into the night, I believe.

Two grand, floral columns created an entrance to the foliage enhanced Marquee. I hung Hessian walls to add to the rustic charm.  The table was left in its naked state and adorned with Glass candlesticks, lined with Olive and Eucalyptus and sprinkled with bud vases filled with Roses, Spray roses, Ammi Majis.

A stunning dried flower embossed cake sat proudly on top of a wooden barrel.

All that was needed to complete the picture was the stunning Bride herself.
