Every wedding begins with a detailed consultation — a relaxed, unhurried conversation where I explore every aspect of your day and start building your perfect floral vision together.
I’ll talk through flowers, colours, textures, shapes and overall design, taking the time to really understand what you’re hoping to achieve. Whether you arrive with a Pinterest board full of ideas or simply know you want “flowers everywhere” and need help with the rest — I’m here for all of it. There are no wrong answers, and no question is too small.
We can meet over zoom initially, once we start working together, I’m happy to visit your chosen venue together and get further into the details.
During your consultation I’ll discuss everything that shapes the floral design — your outfit styles, the overall theme and colour palette, your wedding party’s outfits, your ceremony venue, and your reception space. Guest numbers, room layouts, and any specific requirements all help me build a complete picture of the day.
If you have inspiration to share, please bring it along — mood board images, colour swatches, fabric samples, even a flower from your garden. Anything that helps me understand your vision is invaluable.

Design and quote confirmation
Once you’re happy with the direction we’ve taken together, I’ll get to work bringing your vision to life. Within a few days of your consultation, I’ll send over a detailed quote along with a bespoke mood board — a visual guide to your proposed floral design, giving you a real sense of how everything will look and feel on the day.
There’s absolutely no pressure. Take all the time you need to review everything, and if you’d like to make any adjustments or explore different options, I’m always happy to revisit the design until it feels exactly right.
When you’re ready to go ahead, securing your date is simple. A deposit confirms your booking and places your wedding firmly in my calendar — from that point on, your flowers are in safe hands. I’ll be with you every step of the way, from our first conversation right through to the morning of your wedding day.
Planning a wedding involves a thousand decisions. Handing your floristry over to someone who genuinely cares about getting every detail right means one less thing on your list — and the confidence that your flowers will be everything you dreamed of.

Delivery and wedding day set-up
On the morning of your wedding, I’ll personally deliver your bridal flowers to your home or hotel, ensuring everything arrives beautifully presented and exactly as planned. From there, I’ll move on to your ceremony venue and reception space to arrange and style all of your floral designs — taking care of every last detail so that you don’t have to think about a thing.
I won’t leave until every flower is perfectly in place.
In the days that follow, I’ll return to collect any hired items — vases, tea light holders, pedestals, and any other pieces — so there’s nothing for you or your family to worry about after the celebrations.
From the first consultation to the final petal, my aim is simple: to create something truly beautiful that reflects you, your partner, and the day you’ve always imagined. Whatever your vision, your budget, or your venue, I’ll always do my very best to make it happen. All you need to do is ask.
